Cookie Factory

Cookie factory

Cookie Factory is a historic Denver building reimagined as an art collector’s residence and public gallery. We worked closely with Character Built to help realize owner Amanda Precourt and architect Davis Urban’s vision for an old-meets-new space that balances public and private use.

Our scope included design assist, fabrication, and installation of most of the steel elements throughout the project. This included interior and exterior doors, most notably a large pivot door with an exposed locking mechanism that separates the courtyard from the public gallery.

We also fabricated multiple concrete hearths, custom steel shelving, and a cantilevered steel DJ booth integrated into the living space.
