Fabrication Project Manager - Denver, CO

 

Overview

Raw Creative is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee all phases of fabrication projects—from award through design, fabrication, installation, and closeout. This role requires proven project management expertise, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will work closely with the Operations Manager and Shop Foreman, managing client communications, schedules, logistics, and day-to-day operations. Previous project management experience in fabrication or construction is required—this is not an entry-level role.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects through all phases, ensuring schedule and budget compliance.

  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, internal teams, general contractors, architects, and engineers.

  • Coordinate design submittals, shop drawings, and project documentation.

  • Lead project meetings, set expectations, and resolve conflicts professionally.

  • Track project changes, issue RFIs, negotiate change orders, and ensure accurate reporting.

  • Oversee closeout documentation and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Stay informed on company capabilities, industry standards, and best practices.

  • Travel as needed to job sites outside of Denver.

Minimum Skills + Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of project management experience (fabrication or construction industry preferred).

  • Proven ability to plan, budget, schedule, and execute multiple customer-facing projects.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

  • Proficiency with project management software.

salary & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $75,000 – $95,000 annually, to commensurate with experience.

  • Health Insurance: A monthly stipend is provided to assist with health insurance costs.
